Please note that GST (7%) is payable to the Singapore Customers once the value of your goods is declared above 400 SGD (about 250 USD). We encourage you to, where possible, split large shipments so as to avoid the GST charge, although we do our best to declare appropriately your non-commercial items to help you avoid the gst.

Prices at US outlets tend to be about 25% cheaper than those at Singapore outlets. Consult the table below to get a sense of how much you would expect to save on the prices at Singapore outlets. Remember if you are unsure, use $60 as your shipping fee to calculate and make payment. We will refund you the remainder when the item has arrive.

Upon receipt of your order, we will reply within 24hours to acknowledge the payment as well as the process of your order. If you do not receive an acknowledgement email within 24hrs, it means the order has not processed, and it's best you send us a 2nd email just to be sure your order got through.

Your order will not be processed if payment is not made.
